iTunes error 1604 while trying to jailbreak the iPod touch 2G?

I got a copy pwnage tool, and created a custom IPSW. When option and click on iTunes to restore firmware, it says "preparing iPod for restore" for about 10 minutes. Then I get an error message: An unknown error occurred (1604). Can anyone help me solve this problem and jailbreak my iPod? Many Thanks!
