Download iTunes 7.42 problem?

I'm trying to download the latest version of iTunes on my computer and I get this error. iTunes742Setup.exe is not an application Win32 valid. I have Windows XP, so I do not know why I can not download this version of iTunes, any ideas? Let me know if you need more information. I just got an ipod nano for my birthday and I'm starting to get anxious to start using it.

Delete the file and download it again from my source. It may have been a mistake for Apple and could be accidentally wrong file for awhile.
