Zune – Pros and Cons

The Zune is the first real competitor to the iPod and has some features the iPod does, and in some areas, not so good. I researched the Zune and have developed a list of pros and cons common. Many of these are compared with the iPod, but not all.

Pros

Best Sound music – although the Zune has no EQ people have reported that the music sounds better.

You can use click and / or contact – if you do not like click wheel (the iPod) you are able to use the method of contact in the Zune, for example, to download a list you just touch the bottom of the pad.

Big screen – big, clear and easy to read.

Navigation – Once this is accomplished is very friendly.

FM Radio – also includes banks regional development

Podcasts supports – so can life – a common complaint of media players, especially for people who watch a lot of video.

PC software – the software can take a while to get used to (so much so, people can quit), but once you're used to, it is better iTunes.

Changing an iPod – Apple does not make easy music!

Can not be used to store files – this is a feature most MP3 players, strange that the Zune is not.

Overall, the Zune is a welcome addition to the media player market. It can be hard to give your iPod, especially when you're used to that, but you should consider the Zune next time you're looking to replace its media player.
