how to get my itouch quick own?

I had the owner of Quick on my ipod touch. Now I'm tired of it and wants to remove it and restore it. How I can do that. I tried to restore it with iTunes, but did not work. All I did was that it showed that the pineapple was a man in a black shirt with jeans, brown shoes, gray hair and his hands in the air please help me!

Klick on the Restore button in iTunes (May take several minutes) or if its possible next firmware update
