iTunes could not be upgraded because it doesn't open ..?

I chose to update iTunes and QuickTime today as its been causing me to do for the last 2 weeks. So the installation was nearly completed, then says an error and could not install. Now when I click on itunes says that its configuration is said can not locate iTunes64.msi and tells me to pinpoint your location. I do not think I have it. I can not even uninstall it because I think the uninstaller is not there either. So what I can do to make iTunes again? Im quite puzzled
