iPod Shuffle (2nd Gen) Issues?
Okay, I was listening to my iPod and decided I needed some Alice in Chains on it (hinting that it was working perfectly fine), so I uploaded my CD to iTunes and synced some songs to the iPod Shuffle. Then, it was frozen with the amber light on. I tried holding down buttons and etc… to reset the frozen iPod, but that did nothing. This was the second time it happened. I fixed it the first time by letting it die, then charge it again. This time, that didn’t work. I hook it up, but my computer doesn’t acknowledge that it’s hooked up, nor will the iPod do anything.
I updated iTunes to see if it had anything to do with that, but nothing’s working. I’m sure it’s not broken from uploading music.
What’s wrong, and what do I do?
Your best bet would be to get email or chat support from Apple. Because it could be any one of several things, it’s best to get help from the ones who know what they’re doing.
